Mindful Practices - Exercise Your Brain
Can you imagine your child/children being calm, wise and able to cope with whatever throwing into their world? Mindfulness is the answer.  Giving them an opportunity to learn the skill is the most loving gift parents can offer.  
There are three key components of this program.  
1) To teach the principles of mindfulness, demonstrate the benefits directly related to their world and show them how to use it; 2) To discuss major social issues (climate change, bullying, equality...etc) and explore ideas to make a difference; 3) To emphasize the importance of human values (compassion, peace, respect, kindness, love, truth...etc) as they bring out the fundamental goodness of the human beings and society at large.  They also guide us in the right path and give direction to life, bring peace and joy. 
Games, videos, discussions, role plays, and interactive activities will be utilized for all subjects.
