Tri-Daily Meditation Guide (Second Sitting, In Person)

Master Sheng Yen once said,“Meditation is the best means to understand and transform oneself”.

Our tri-daily meditation sittings led by the resident monks at the Fremont center aim to help everyone develop a regular sitting practice. With daily evening meditation, you can go straight to bed afterwards for a restful sleep; and with morning sessions, you’ll maintain a calm and relaxed mind throughout the day.

Most Buddhist practitioners spend more time thinking than practicing. We invite everyone to join us and discover the benefits that meditation brings.
