Beginner’s Meditation Course

Do you aspire to cultivate greater awareness and self-realization? Find your inner peace in everyday life? This course will help you establish a solid foundation for your meditation practice.
The course covers learning how meditation can benefit us physically and mentally in our modern life, the mindset to adopt during practice, an introduction to fundamental meditation methods; sitting postures, meditation tools, sitting meditation, eight-form moving meditation, walking meditation, resting meditation, applying meditation in daily life, and a comprehensive overview of the Dharma Drum Mountain systematic meditation curriculum.
【Registration Instructions】
There are no prerequisites for this course; all beginners are welcome to enroll. Please note that this 8-hour training is delivered over four two-hour sessions on different days. Participants need to attend all sessions to complete the course.
To gain the most from the course, students are highly encouraged to register for the one-day retreat in order to put what you have learned into practice.
