Chan practice helps you become aware of the body’s natural rhythm and settle both body and mind. With the right understanding and methods of sitting meditation, you can cultivate a sense of ease that supports you throughout life.

【Registration Instructions】

  • Due to limited space, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register early.
  • Applications are subject to review. Priority will be given to first-time attendees. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is accepted.
  • To continue to benefit from the class and deepen your meditation practice, you are encouraged, after completing the course, to attend group meditation sessions regularly and to register for one upcoming one-day Chan retreat at the center as part of the full training experience.
