我們常說「來道場當義工」,但在佛教道場裡,義工不只是自願付出時間與體力,更是一種修行。
當我們以修行者、行者的心態投入服務,做事就不只是完成工作,而是在與人互動、承擔責任、面對順逆境界的過程中,學習放下自我、理解他人,也重新發現生命的快樂與意義。
本次弘講,法師也會從《金剛經》的智慧出發,帶領我們思考:如何把「做義工」轉化為「行菩薩道」?如何在面對不同意見、衝突與煩惱時,以智慧安住自己,以慈悲理解眾生?
真正的慈悲,不是一味忍讓或委屈自己;真正的智慧,也不是冷漠疏離。當慈悲與智慧相應,我們才能在人群中修行,在每一次相遇中成長。
從做義工,到行菩薩道。
讓每一次付出,都成為生命提升與菩薩行的實踐。

Ven. Chang QiVenerable Chang Chi is currently the Dean of Academic Affairs at Dharma Drum Mountain Sangha University. Before becoming a monk, he was an IT engineer. By chance, he participated in Dharma Drum Mountain’s Life Awareness Camp, where he witnessed the Venerable’s contented smile and joy in benefiting others, experiencing another simple side of life. Since becoming a monk, the Venerable has frequently traveled the world to preach the Dharma, broadening his horizons and allowing him to see many connections between lives. His teachings and lectures are clearly structured, and the metaphors and exercises he uses are inspiring, easy to understand, and convenient to practice. The Venerable is humorous and witty, readily quoting scriptures and stories, often enhancing everyone’s understanding of the Dharma. He always brings warmth, comfort, and Dharma joy to his followers.
