Chan Yoga
Through the practice of yoga, we become aware of our body’s sensations and the flow of emotions in the present moment, while cultivating balance, flexibility, and endurance. By regulating the breath and moving with a focused mind, we allow our body and mind to relax, bringing all components – the body, the breath, and the mind – into harmony through the Chan yoga practice.

【Reminders】
- Please wear loose-fitting, solid-colored tops with sleeves, dark long trousers, and socks.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in at reception.
