DESCRIPTION:The Two-Day Chan Retreat offers sustained practice over an entire weekend. Discover the relaxation that comes with a weekend of meditation and mindful breathing. Through a three-day, two-night short retreat, participants can become more familiar and confident with the principles and methods taught in the beginner classes, while also learning to understand, experience, and adapt to the schedule and daily structure of a seven-day Chan retreat. It serves as a preparatory course for entering an introductory seven-day Chan retreat\n【Date】Check in: Friday 4/17/2026 at 6pm; retreat concludes Sunday 4/19/2026 at 5pm\n【Registration deadline】Saturday 4/4/2026 5 pm\n【Prerequisites】\n1. Completion of Beginner’s Guide to Meditation Class.\n2. Have participated in a 1-day Retreat at least once.\n【Additional notes】\n\nRegistrations are subject to review and approval. A confirmation email will be sent upon acceptance.\nOvernight stay at the center is required throughout the retreat. Participants are expected to sleep on the floor and bring their own sleeping bag and pad.\nParticipants are required to attend the entire retreat.
