Mindful Youth (ages 10 -14) Spring 2017 Program

 
Growing Up Happily with Mindfulness! 
 
Via videos, games, role-play, discussions, and practical applications of the concepts in their daily life,  Children will learn to:  
focus and pay attention to the present moment
stop, think and respond to difficulties instead of react 
create relaxation and calmness to soothe the self and reduce stress
Increase competence, confidence, connection, character and caring
Awakening Minds for Better Lives!
 
Program schedules: 
Saturdays, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm, on 2/25, 3/11, 3/25, 4/15, 5/6
Comfortable clothing suggested
No special equipment or materials required
Program is FREE!  Donations highly appreciated
